Good morning Resident Evil friends.
So far, Village has amazed me all the way. I am taking my time to explore every single corner of the map. So far, I have defeated the 3 vampire ladies and Lady Dimistrecu. I checked with the Duke for the second time after going to the house with the red Chimney. Now I am heading to Beneviento's house to see what awaits for me inside the house.

Oh man I completely agree, Village has been awesome. It feels like the perfect mix of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 7.

I loved how you have to figure out how to get into the house with the red chimney, that was quite a journey. What did you think of the Boss Fight in the castle?

"All that for a child that is not even here..." First I thought she was going to become like a super vampire or something, not like a dragon type creature. But hey, that's what I love about this games, we never know what is around the corner. That bitch is pretty dead right now. But she was a tough one, I killed her with my last shout gun ammo. Great fight.

Haha nice! Yeah dude same here. That Sniper Rifle was pretty good too.

It sucks that it's pretty heavy to move around with.

It also makes me wonder if we're going to see that blade we used on Lady D again.

Made my way through Moreau's section. Is it me or are these sections starting to get shorter?

I also spent some time trying to find the golden chests marked on the map.

Trust me, they're worth it.

Day Five Progress Day Five Progress

As always, new hardware is always welcomed. I do like how most of these weapons have ornate decorations on them. Definitely suiting for the surroundings.



Careful with these new guys, hit them with the biggest-baddest thing you have available.



I usually start to worry when environments in Resident Evil start getting covered in anything gooey.



These windmills looked really nice, even though they are old and falling apart there is some nice detail there.



It was strange to see Moreau turning out to be a whiny little shit.

Even though we saw (most) of this scene in the trailer, it was great to see Chris' team. Can't wait to find out what's really going on.









This shit is Nasty.



I have no idea how this guy gets around. I actually thought he was a creature since all you can do is just hear him groan before you see him.



It was really hard trying to get some nice screenshots of the action moments during the lead-up to the boss fight.





Twice as difficult getting nice screenshots during the boss fight. This dude actually looked very imposing.





So we finally figure out what this thing is called. I'm hesitant of looking up if that word means anything. With my luck, I'll come across some major spoilers probably.



Loved this TV scene.



Looks like I am maxed-out arsenal-wise. Unless I find some heavy metal that isn't listed in The Duke's shop (like the grenade launcher)



Reminded me of The Joker in the Arkham series, 100%.

I have a feeling that the next section could be as long as Castle Domitrescu.

Got some more time in yesterday, I'm really starting to love these midnight playthroughs.

Finally completed all main objectives in the village and surrounding areas.

Lets see how close we are to the endgame.

Them Arkham Asylum vibes.



This place is WELL WORTH exploring before the stronghold. Come in strapped though...



Them Dark Souls vibes.





It was cool to finally see where the Lycans "live", or their "nest" if you will.



This is the best shot I could get, finally put down that huge-beareded-wolf-guy from the beggining.



Cash money, all around you.



I was surprised I was able to catch his screenshot of one of Ethan's Flashbacks. The best pick I have of Mother Miranda so far.



Heisenberg's taunts are pretty good. I'm really starting to like that character.



Do not ignore the boat rides, they can get you to places not on the map...



Finally found all of Rose's parts. Let the endgame begin.

How does this guy get around? I get tired just playing RE Village. I can't imagine him hauling all of his shit around.



Current load-out. Cut away all of the fat, especially after The Stronghold area. Keeping it lean and sexy.



I forgot to take a screenshot of the map, finally found all of the treasures and wells.

Time to get to work.

I managed to beat the game on Friday night.

I ended up taking way too many screenshots. I'll only post 5 (I ended up taking over 100).

Especially because after a certain point, it will ruin the final act of the game for anyone who hasn't finished the game.

This area is huge, get used to running around in the dark.

This was my favorite ball puzzle. It actually took a while.



This is where shit really pops off. Thus, making it my final image for my progress.



It was a great run, I am most definitely going to try this on hardcore.

Once I beat the game I decided to stream it on a higher difficulty.

Why not right?...

Just announced by Capcom, due “to popular demand” production has officially begun on downloadable content for Resident Evil Village.

Personally, I would love to play as Chris’ Wolfpack squad.

If they had more time, I would love to play as a Villager before the Lycan outbreak, or even as a maiden trapped in the Castle.

Those could focus on pure survival horror.

More details will be released as they become available according to Capcom.
